Kohaletoimetamine Tark Catering

1. Pick up the food yourself:
We are located at Väike-Paala 1 (St. Petersburg Business Quarter) (Mon-Fri by arrangement).
You can pay on the spot both in cash and by card.

2. We deliver your order:

• Within Tallinn, the courier fee is €18.00
• Within Tallinn on weekends: €20.00
• Within Tallinn on holidays: €30.00
• Up to 30 km: €30.00

To receive the order by courier, select the date and time period and specify the address when placing the order. The order will be delivered to the specified address within the specified time period. Due to traffic jams and temporary road closures or for other reasons beyond the control of the service provider, the courier may arrive earlier or be delayed up to 30 minutes without notice.

• The customer must ensure that the products are received at the time and address specified in the order. If the customer does not answer the phone and/or does not ensure that the order is accepted when the courier arrives at the customer's location, the order will be cancelled.
• Upon receipt of the order, the customer is obliged to immediately check the conformity of the order with the invoice delivery note.
• If upon receipt of the order it appears that it contains products not ordered, defective or in broken packaging, Tark Catering's customer service must be notified immediately. Upon receipt of the order by the courier, products that do not conform to the order discovered upon receipt must be returned to the courier immediately.
• After receiving and accepting the order, the customer is responsible for any damage or loss of products.
